1. General overview
Forexite (hereinafter the Company) respects visitors', users' and clients' (hereinafter Client) privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, maintains and discloses Client's personal information. The Privacy Policy applies to the www.forexite.com website and all products and services (hereinafter the Services) offered by the Company. The Company Services are intended for those Clients who agree with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information collected
During a demo or a real account registration and verification procedure Client provides his/her personal information: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, identification document and other information requested. When Client uses the Services, the Company collects information about Client's transactions including deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, account balance, communication with the Company, etc.
The Company may also collect non-personal information about Clients whenever they interact with the Services. Such information may include the type of computer, IP address, browser type, operating system, cookies and other similar technical information.

For the case Client would like to unsubscribe from receiving future updates, the Company includes detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Only a limited number of the Company's employees who have a need to know this information will have access to it and are required to keep the information confidential.

5. Client's information correction and deletion
If Client's personal information the Company holds proves to be inaccurate or outdated, the Company will correct it upon Client's request. Client may also modify his/her data using the appropriate options available in the Company's applications. Client may request termination of his/her account and deletion of personal information. In this case, the Company will deactivate his/her account and delete personal information, unless the storage of such data for a certain period of time is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
6. Disclosure of personal data
The Company does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Clients' personal information. Aggregated non-personal information about Clients may be provided to other parties for marketing or other uses.
The Company may transfer Client's personal data to authorized organizations in order to execute Client's instructions concerning the use of the Services. The Company may disclose Client's personal data to government and regulatory agencies to the extent needed to comply with applicable legal requirements.

The Company may use several types of cookies. Session cookies are essential for the Services to operate; if Client blocks these cookies Client cannot log in to his/her account. Other cookies allow the Company to enhance Client's experience remembering choices Client has made such as the preferred language.
